Aqua Restaurant heralds the arrival of the first truly gourmet restaurant on Grand Bahama Island.
Aqua is the elegant fine dining restaurant at Old Bahama Bay by Ginn sur Mer™ and features an innovative Bahamian fusion menu that reinterprets the presentation of classic Bahamian delicacies such as conch and Caribbean lobster into fresh new dishes. Set in the epicenter of the resort, with extraordinary views of the marina, the restaurant is open for dinner daily.
Each guest will get to know the Bahamas through the flavors and textures of the marine life that surrounds its islands. Aqua will surprise and delight visitors to Old Bahama Bay by Ginn sur Mer and give our guests a new appreciation of the true island experience.
Aqua is open for dinner Thursday to Sunday from 6 pm to 10 pm and reservations are requested. In addition to advance reservations, we ask guests dress "Casually Elegant' or in slacks and collared shirts.
