First night of dockage is required to confirm reservation. Deposit requirement for long term is one month dockage fee.
Holiday Weekend
Three night stay is required for all major U.S. Holidays and Weekends.
Fuel Dock
Hours are from 7am to 7pm.
Marina Life Members
Receives 10% discount on dockage.
Marsh Harbour Yacht Club
Receives 10% discount on dockage and no mandatory charge for water.
Home Owners
Receives 20% discount on dockage.
Utilities
Water is $10.00 daily when on-board for boats under 60 feet & $15.00 for 60 feet and above.

Cancellation
48 hours prior to arrival, any cancellation or change during this time will forfeit any deposit paid. However, if the cancellation or change is due to weather we reserve the right to hold the deposit and it may be used toward a future stay up to 12 months after the day of cancellation. Rates subject to change without advance notice.
