Booking Your Destination Wedding
An initial, non-refundable $1,500 is required to save-the-date and to begin the planning process. A fifty percent deposit of the total food & beverage budget (estimated at $150 per person) is your commitment to hold your wedding at Old Bahama Bay by Ginn sur Mer™ and is required at contract signing, an additional 25% within 60 days of the event is then due and the remainder is due 30 days before the event.
Signed copies of the Wedding Agreement must be returned with your payment. In addition, all wedding guests are required to stay at Old Bahama Bay by Ginn sur Mer Resort in order to host the wedding at the resort. If all guests do not stay at Old Bahama Bay by Ginn sur Mer, event prices will be renegotiated.
Once the contract is processed, an Old Bahama Bay by Ginn sur Mer Wedding Coordinator will be assigned and will contact you via phone or email. She will now manage your file and along with your Wedding Sales Manager they will help you transform the most special moment in your life into an everlasting memory.
Reception
Following the ceremony, the chefs of Old Bahama Bay by Ginn sur Mer can create the wedding reception of your dreams. Whether in Aqua, our new fine dining restaurant, Bonefish Folley's, or on the beach, we can tailor the food and ambience exactly to your taste. All food and beverage costs are billed separately from wedding fees.
